Rest to Receive: Yin Yoga, Massage, & Vibrations

You are lovingly invited to an evening of deep rest and nourishment with Dawn Shanthi DiVita of Yoga DiVita and Rachel Thomas of Trillium Holistics.

As we journey toward the Dark Moon, we are offered a sacred pause —a moment to soften, reflect, and receive. This lunar phase is deeply connected to the divine feminine: a time to listen, surrender, and honor the whispers within.

Let this be your time to slow down.
To be held.
To be heard.
To reconnect with your inner rhythms.

Dawn will gently guide you through a restorative Yin Yoga practice, where each pose is mindfully held for 3–5 minutes. In this stillness, we shift away from pushing and striving and open to the healing power of presence and receptivity.

As your body softens, Rachel will offer a nurturing massage and vibrational healing, inviting ease, clarity, and a return to your natural state of balance.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be lulled by the enchanting sounds of chimes, gongs, and bells, which will wrap you in gentle waves of vibration and calm.

Come exactly as you are.
This space is here for you.
Let go. Breathe deep. Rest to Receive.
